At BYK, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and component tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
